Caratello’s main office, and logistical operation center is located in Prato. Our Prato offices are located conveniently by the Prato Est exit on the Firenze—Mare Autostrada.
So that we may guarantee the best service possible for our private clients, Caratello has recently opened another site in Florence’s historic center. This location is ideal for private individuals who wish to ship the various purchases have made in Florence, direct to their homes. This Office is located in the historic center, close to Piazza Santa Croce, and close to most hotels and shops in Florence.
We also currently have an operational base located in Siena. This base in Siena currently functions as an on-call service site, but will soon be expanding with a public office to meet the same demands as the Florence office.
